My name is Ryan Baker, owner of R. Baker and Sons Exteriors Inc.

Born in Brockville and raised in Sydenham, Ontario, I've spent the last 19 years building my career in the construction industry. Throughout those years, I held positions ranging from labourer to Field Operations Manager, gaining valuable experience and developing a strong appreciation for quality workmanship and customer service.

After years of talking about starting my own business, I finally decided to take the leap in 2022. With the encouragement and support of my family and friends, I chose to pursue my dream of business ownership and build something I could be proud of.

The name R. Baker and Sons was an easy choice. More than just a business name, it represents the values I hope to pass on to my boys-hard work, integrity, dedication, and the confidence to chase their dreams. My goal is to create a company that they can one day be proud to be part of.

Attention to detail has always been one of my greatest strengths. When it comes to your home, every detail matters. As a family-owned and operated company, we understand the importance of trust, communication, and treating every project as if it were our own.
